First Aid for Mental Health Accredited Training Level 2
he Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health is a nationally accredited one-day course designed to give learners the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to recognise, understand, and support someone experiencing a mental health challenge.
Participants explore common conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts, learning how to approach sensitive conversations, offer reassurance, and signpost individuals to professional support.
Delivered in a compassionate and engaging way, this training helps to reduce stigma, promote open communication, and build emotionally intelligent workplaces where wellbeing and understanding are prioritised.
Every learner receives a recognised certificate (valid for 3 years), a comprehensive training manual, and continued guidance to help embed wellbeing practices into daily working life.
